RE-ENTRY INTERNSHIPS

DDF collaborates with the ACSO's BHU and Probation Dept.-funded CBOs that provide work-readiness services and referrals to DDF.  On the Job Trainees (OJTs) work at both the food hub and farms to learn all of the elements of the circular food economy, earn certifications in relevant skills, and become eligible for full-time positions in the food economy.

All of the re-entry transitional work experiences are paid through various funding streams and are intended to result in full-time permanent employment with DDF or elsewhere.
