Dig Deep Farms collaborates with the Alameda County Sheriff's Office Behavioral Health Unit and various county-funded job readiness reentry programs to provide a seamless pathway from incarceration to job readiness. All Re-entry participants receive a Permaculture Certification upon completion of the program and undergo extensive employment training.

We offer paid transitional employment/internships that provide much-needed income, connections to the community and future employment opportunities. New cohorts are accepted every 6-weeks, with 2-6 interns in each class.
