Tyrel has been a cornerstone of REACH Fitness for four years, and in that time, he's become more than just one of the program's hardest-working athletes. He's become the kind of member who brings others with him - literally. His older brother, older cousin, and younger cousin have all joined because of Tyrel's experience and enthusiasm for the program!

​When Carlos first joined the Muevete program three years ago, he was quiet, reserved, and unsure of his place in the room.
