Tyrel has been a cornerstone of REACH Fitness for four years, and in that time, he's become more than just one of the program's hardest-working athletes. He's become the kind of member who brings others with him - literally. His older brother, older cousin, and younger cousin have all joined because of Tyrel's experience and enthusiasm for the program!

​When Carlos first joined the Muevete program three years ago, he was quiet, reserved, and unsure of his place in the room. He spoke very little, kept to himself, and didn’t yet have friendships within the class. Today, a very different story is unfolding.
