DSAL is looking for an accountant with experience in complex non-profit accounting, as well as social enterprise accounting. We need someone who can help us develop and implement our accounting policies and procedures to fit our growing size and complexity, and to manage our budgeting, accounting, and invoicing, with the assistance of our Accounting & HR Manager, and under the direction of our Executive Director and Operations Director.
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. They will also oversee
the delivery and training of effective Restorative Justice interventions where appropriate, raising the awareness of the benefits of bringing together victims and those responsible for transgressions.
The Farm Collective Coordinator will work with farmers throughout Alameda County to help build a farmers collective; create and implement a business development plan; facilitate/coordinate training of new farmers on planting techniques, crop rotation, harvesting, and delivery schedules; and partner with the DDF Marketing Coordinator to develop direct-to-consumer marketing plans.
