The Dig Deep Farms Food Hub is a certified community commercial kitchen, food aggregation and distribution center. As the home base for DSAL’s Food as Medicine and Food Recovery programs, it’s where we aggregate, process, and distribute fresh produce to farm stands, Food as Medicine Farmacies, and low-income housing residents.

Our vision is to create a network of integrated food businesses in our community that, collectively, improves access to healthy food, creates jobs, incubates small businesses, and boosts the livelihood of those who cultivate, grow and sustain local farms and businesses.
